My body has decided to set my goal at 265!

I gained .9 this week.  Not a biggie, but considering that I have upped my exercise to 30 minutes a day, this shouldn't have happened. I seem to be starved all the time, so I have decided that my body is rebelling and it is time to call a halt, so I have reset my goal to 265....2.9 lbs to go!  My original goal was 280, so this is still 15 lbs below that!

So I need to get to Transition and into Maintenance ASAP.



Week 1 = 12 lbs........ Week 11 = 2.9 lbs........ Week 21 = 1.6 lbs
Week 2 = 5.7 lbs....... Week 12 = 3.9 lbs........ Week 22 = 3.2 lbs
Week 3 = 3.3 lbs....... Week 13 = 3.2 lbs........ Week 23 = + 1 lb
Week 4 = 7.3 lbs....... Week 14 = No Chg....... Week 24 = 2.4 lbs
Week 5 = 4.1 lbs....... Week 15 = 1.1 lbs....... Week 25 = 1.2 lbs
Week 6 = 1.9 lbs....... Week 16 = + .1 lbs....... Week 26 = 1.6 lbs
Week 7 = 5.4 lbs....... Week 17 = 7.2 lbs!!!...... Week 27 = 5 lbs!!!
Week 8 = .9 lbs......... Week 18 = 1.4 lbs....... Week 28 = +.9 lb
Week 9 = 4.5 lbs.......... Week 19 = + 1 lb
Week 10 = 2.8 lbs......... Week 20 = + 1 lb
